Refund Policy

130-day full refund

If Vertical Tabs is not what you hoped, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No reason needed, no forms. The seven-day free trial exists so that you can evaluate the software first, but using it is not a condition of a refund.

2How to ask

Email support@excelverticaltabs.com from the address you bought with, or claim it directly through Paddle using the link on your receipt or at paddle.net.

3How the money comes back

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant of record, so the refund is made by Paddle, in full, to the payment method you used. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

4Your legal rights

This is offered on top of your legal rights and does not affect them. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase; because the licence key is delivered immediately, that right is exercised through the same route, and our 30-day promise is the longer of the two in any case.
